Elementals are not demons or spirits but shape shifters that live in our dimensions and beyond the 3rd as in 4th, 5th and so on. The usual form an Elemental is witnessed as are large black shapes, shadows that stand about knee high or shadows that dart across ceilings and floors(link)- but when an Elemental is confronted or observed it has been described to take the shape, person or thing, the observer understands as threatening and the mind projects onto it and it responds by reflecting that fear for the purpose of ’scaring’ you or defending itself(?). Therefor when a creature of our dimension beit human, pet or wild animal, encounters an Elemental the living thing excerpts large amounts of energy in the form of fear, heat, anxiety or kinetic energy- the Elemental then feeds on this energy or else(?).

Since main-stream science has recently begun to accept the possibility of ‘a larger reality frame‘ to include paranormal and supernatural realities (for example ‘Dark Matter‘ and the String Theory , Physicist and Consciousness researcher, Thomas Campbell -speech link listen to minute 6:15/7:24) our shared paranormal experiences are currently morphing from the impossible to the probable and we at i.n.p.h.o. believe that from the simple ‘attempt’ of tying to understand other dimension, it could lead us to leap from just 3 dimension into 4, 5, 6 or even 11 states of being. For example if in our 3 dimensions we have accomplished flight perhaps in the 4th dimension we will accomplish mental healing and in the 5th eradicate ‘isms’ (i.e. racism, sexism, ageism, androcentrism etc. ) and in the 6th dimension interplanetary travel and so on.

Consider this- “Just because you don’t understand/see something does not mean it does not exist.” A. Meiji.

Goblin captured/found in Mexico in May of 2007 and reinvesting in early 2009. This creature resembles a humanoid somewhat like a goblin, found in Metepec Mexico, North of the nation’s Capital. In Mexico it’s believed that a native creature called Duende or Goblin, inhabits the country side and lives off of raw meat sometimes including humans. But in this day of CG and puppets- this creature seem to be a great piece of art or perhaps even the real thing. Below is a video from a Spanish news cast with an in-dept investigation of first account witness’ observing the creature(s) before and after the captured one was found.

If you can not understand Spanish, I recommend you find a translator or someone who can help you.
I.N.P.H.O. will try to keep you posted on further information.

In Latin America, picnic lunches are held on the graves of the relatives who passed the year before in happiness and celebration. They bake bread and make candy in the shape of skulls and crossbones, caskets and skeletons. The children run through the streets with lanterns and ask for coins and treats while the adults tell stories and predict fortunes. People light bonfires, set off firecrackers, and hang lanterns on trees to guide the souls of the dead from homes of the living and into the dark.

All Saints’ Day is devoted on November 2nd (Dia de los Muertos, officially) as the holiday on which all the souls of those who died the year past walk through this world and on to the next in great number. But the littler ghosts have exception and are actually welcomed to find their way back home. Parents and family members often shoot off firecrackers, leave out sweetbread, candy skulls and toys. In some parts of the new world a path of orange [any flower] petals is formed from the graveyard to the front door, if the graveyard is not too far off, to encourage the young spirit to come home.

In Mexico Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a day filed with happy all-day picnics at grave sides of dead relatives or at home with assembled altars called “ofrendas,” offering decorated with sugar skulls, sweet milk drinks, photos and/or sweets as well as candles, perfumes, and (orange) flowers associated with the dead.

In Los Angeles or southern California the Day of the Dead is celebrated with ritual prayers, [white] candle left at the location where the person died or window sills, candy/sweets (misc.) decorated portraits, toys, stories and forget-me-nots from Oct 30th to Nov. 2nd.

Over the years I have heard many stories about the “duende” and even had an experience of my own in my youth but have any of you seen one? Where I live theirs a large population of Latin Americans, well actually there all the population, so a duende story is not far or hard to come by. Bellow is clip that is fairly convincing:

In Latin American folklore, Duendes are evil, green or brown skinned, red or black eyed little monsters that stand about six inches tall, who live inside walls of homes, forests, wild places, ranches, barns and especially in the walls of young children bedroom’s. It is said that they attempt to convince children to misbehave in order to steal there soul, but from my own observation I believe there more like vampires or carnivorous- eating human skin or hair or sucking blood to stay alive.

*Forewarned- It only takes a name to bring the demon to you, do not speak it.

Our last demon hunt was a real dangerous one, it involved a mass possession of over 20 person that took place in a high school in Brazil. The group of kids used a Ouija board with the intention to invoke a fellow student that had passed away weeks earlier. Apparently his class mates wanted to say “good bye” and ask questions of the after life but what they contacting was far beyond what any of them expected. I.n.p.h.o. was soon contacted with video evidences and an urgent request for help. To follow is an article to assist with possession of the more “evil” kind.

Lesser Key of Solomon or Clavicula Salomonis inpart with the Key of Solomon, is an anonymous 17th century grimoire of demonology. It has also long been widely known as the Lemegeton.

Origins

It appeared in the 17th century, but much was taken from texts of the 16th century, including the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum, by Johann Weyer, and late-medieval grimoires. It is likely that books by Jewish kabbalists and Muslim mystics were also inspirations. Some of the material in the first section, concerning the summoning of demons, dates to the 14th century or earlier.

The book claims that it was originally written by King Solomon, although this is certainly incorrect. The titles of nobility assigned to the demons were unknown in his time,[citation needed] as were the prayers to Jesus and the Christian Trinity included in the text.

The Lesser Key of Solomon contains detailed descriptions of spirits and the conjurations needed to invoke and oblige them to do the will of the conjurer (referred to as the “exorcist”). It details the protective signs and rituals to be performed, the actions necessary to prevent the spirits from gaining control, the preparations prior to the invocations, and instructions on how to make the necessary instruments for the execution of these rituals.

The several original copies extant vary considerably in detail and in the spellings of the spirits’ names. Contemporary editions are widely available in print and on the Internet.

The Goetia: The Lesser Key of Solomon the King (Clavicula Salomonis Regis) is a 1904 translation of the text by Samuel Mathers and Aleister Crowley. It is essentially a manual that purports to give instructions for summoning 72 different spirits.

Ars Goetia

The circle and triangle, used in the evocation of the seventy-two spirits of the Goetia. The magician would stand within the circle and the spirit was believed to appear within the triangle.
The circle and triangle, used in the evocation of the seventy-two spirits of the Goetia. The magician would stand within the circle and the spirit was believed to appear within the triangle.

The first section, called Ars Goetia, contains descriptions of the seventy-two demons that Solomon is said to have evoked and confined in a brass vessel sealed by magic symbols, and that he obliged to work for him. It gives instructions on constructing a similar brass vessel, and using the proper magic formulae to safely call up those demons.

It deals with the evocation of all classes of spirits, evil, indifferent and good; its opening Rites are those of Paimon, Orias, Astaroth and the whole cohort of Infernus. The second part, or Theurgia Goëtia, deals with the spirits of the cardinal points and their inferiors. These are mixed natures, some good and some evil.[1]

The Ars Goetia assigns a rank and a title of nobility to each member of the infernal hierarchy, and gives the demons’ ’signs they have to pay allegiance to’, or seals. The lists of entities in the Ars Goetia correspond (to high but varying degree, often according to edition) with those in the Steganographia of Trithemius, circa 1500, and Johann Weyer’s Pseudomonarchia Daemonum an appendix appearing in later editions of his De Praestigiis Daemonum, of 1563.

A revised English edition of the Ars Goetia was published in 1904 by magician Aleister Crowley, as The Book of the Goetia of Solomon the King. It serves as a key component of his popular and highly influential system of magick.

The 72 Demons

The demons’ names given below are taken from the Ars Goetia, which differs in terms of number and ranking from the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum of Weyer. As a result of multiple translations, there are multiple spellings for some of the names, which are given in the articles concerning them.

Ars Theurgia Goetia

The Ars Theurgia Goetia (“the art of goetic theurgy”) is the second section of The Lesser Key of Solomon. It explains the names, characteristics and seals of the 31 aerial spirits (called chiefs, emperors, kings and princes) that King Solomon invoked and confined, the protections against them, the names of their servant spirits, called dukes, the conjurations to invoke them, and their nature, that is both good and evil.

Their sole objective is to discover and show hidden things, the secrets of any person, and obtain, carry and do anything asked to them meanwhile they are contained in any of the four elements (Earth, Fire, Air and Water). These spirits are given in a complex order in the book, and some of them have spelling variations according to the different editions.

Ars Paulina

The Ars Paulina (The Art of Paul) is the third part of The Lesser Key of Solomon. According to the legend, this art was discovered by the Apostle Paul, but in the book is mentioned as the Pauline Art of King Solomon. The Ars Paulina was already known since the Middle Ages. It is divided in two chapters in this book.

The first chapter refers on how to deal with the angels of the several hours of the day (meaning day and night), to their seals, their nature, their servants (called Dukes), the relation of these angels with the seven planets known at that time, the proper astrological aspects to invoke them, their names (in a couple of cases coinciding with two of the seventy-two demons mentioned in the Ars Goetia, the conjuration and the invocation to call them, the Table [sic] of practice.

The second chapter concerns the angels that rule over the zodiacal signs and each degree of every sign, their relation with the four elements, Fire, Earth, Water and Air, their names, and their seals. These are called here the angels of men, because all persons are born under a zodiacal sign, with the Sun at a specific degree of it.

Ars Almadel

The Ars Almadel (The Art of the Almadel) is the fourth part of The Lesser Key of Solomon. It tells how to make the almadel, which is a wax tablet with protective symbols drawn on it. On it are placed four candles. This chapter has the instructions concerning the colours, materials and rituals necessary for the construction of the almadel and the candles.

The Ars Almadel also tells about the angels that are to be invoked, and explains that only reasonable and just things that are needed must be asked to them, and how the conjuration has to be made. It also mentions twelve princes ruling with them. The dates and astrological aspects that have to be considered most convenient to invoke the angels are detailed but briefly.

The author asserts to have experimented with what is explained in this chapter.

Ars Notoria

The Ars Notoria (The Notable Art) is the fifth and last part of The Lesser Key of Solomon. It was a grimoire known since the Middle Ages. The book asserts that this art was revealed by the Creator to King Solomon by means of an angel.

It contains a collection of prayers (some of them divided in several parts) mixed with kabbalistic and magical words in several languages (i.e. Hebrew, Greek, etc.), how the prayers must be said, and the relation that these rituals have to the understanding of all sciences. It mentions the aspects of the Moon in relation with the prayers. It also says that the prayers act as an invocation to God’s angels. According to the book, the correct spelling of the prayers gives the knowledge of the science related to each one and also a good memory, stability of mind, and eloquence. This chapter prevents on the precepts that have to be observed to obtain a good result.

After the fourth request for advice on how to deal with children that have problems with something under the bed- remember this is not just a cliche, it is completely possible that an elemental is getting kicks from terrifying a child with an “old trick” after all this is what ghosts like to do. Scare!
Heres what you can do to ease your child’s mind:

Nothing scary on TV a few hours before bed time.

Try and play a puzzle game the hour before going to bed, Why? It has been shown that we solve problems in our sleep and this would reduce the chances of nightmares.

Remove electronics from under the bed such as toys and video games.

Place a night light under the bed if possible or use Christmas lights (ones that do not flicker or play music) from a near by outlet. Run the lights against and along the back wall instead of a night light.

You can also place a small amount of open water, such as in a cup, plate or glass, under the bed against the wall and a foot of the bed. Ghost do not like water, it dose not need to be holy water, any water will work.

If after you do these steps and the child is still not sleeping well, you might want to place a web cam under the bed or in the room and tape the room your self. You might catch the ghost or your childs problem. If you do catch something- give us a buzz!

Sleep warm.

The Christian Bible is and always has been, a work in progress. Although the cover does not stray from “The Bible”, the content within is constantly reinterpret and re-explained to better fit all corners of life and current time. I will only mention the english language books for I don’t have the time to reference all languages.

.: English Versions :.

21st Century King James Version
The 21st Century King James Version of the Holy Bible (KJ21®) is an updating of the 1611 King James Version (KJV). It is not a new translation, but a careful updating to eliminate obsolete words by reference to the most complete and definitive modern American dictionary, the Webster’s New International Dictionary, Second Edition, unabridged. Spelling, punctuation, and capitalization have also been updated.

What has been historically known as Biblical English has been retained in this updating. It is readily distinguished from the colloquial language of commerce and the media used in contemporary Bible translations.Biblical English is the language which has found its acceptance in Scripture and liturgy for more than 500 years in most of the English-speaking churches throughout the world. Only in the late twentieth century does one find the use of secular English in Bible translations. All language relating to gender and theology in the King James Version remains unchanged from the original.

The 21st Century King James Version contains universally useful study aids. It includes the chapter summaries from the 1611 King James Version, updated for quick reference. Also included are the cross references from the original King James Version plus many more, but without sectarian emphasis. Not since 1611 has there been a Bible that is so – Right for its time, Right for traditionalist, Right for Bible lovers.

American Standard Version
No Description at this point.

Amplified Bible
The Amplified Bible was the first Bible project of The Lockman Foundation. It attempts to take both word meaning and context into account in order to accurately translate the original text from one language into another. The Amplified Bible does this through the use of explanatory alternate readings and amplifications to assist the reader in understanding what Scripture really says. Multiple English word equivalents to each key Hebrew and Greek word clarify and amplify meanings that may otherwise have been concealed by the traditional translation method. The Amplified Bible present on the Bible Gateway matches the 1987 printing.

Contemporary English Version
Uncompromising simplicity marked the American Bible Society’s translation of the Contemporary English Version Bible that was first published in 1995. The text is easily read by grade schoolers, second language readers, and those who prefer the more contemporized form. The CEV is not a paraphrase. It is an accurate and faithful translation of the original manuscripts.

Darby Translation
First published in 1890 by John Nelson Darby, an Anglo-Irish Bible teacher associated with the early years of the Plymouth Brethren. Darby also published translations of the Bible in French and German.

Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition (with Apocrypha)
The Douay Version is the foundation on which nearly all English Catholic versions are still based. It was translated by Gregory Martin, an Oxford-trained scholar, working in the circle of English Catholic exiles on the Continent, under the sponsorship of William (later Cardinal) Allen. The NT appeared at Rheims in 1582; the OT at Douay in 1609. The translation, although competent, exhibited a taste for Latinisms that was not uncommon in English writing of the time but has seemed excessive in the eyes of later generations. The NT influenced the Authorized Version.

English Standard Version
The English Standard Version (ESV) stands in the classic mainstream of English Bible translations over the past half-millennium. The fountainhead of that stream was William Tyndale’s New Testament of 1526; marking its course were the King James Version of 1611 (KJV), the English Revised Version of 1885 (RV), the American Standard Version of 1901 (ASV), and the Revised Standard Version of 1952 and 1971 (RSV). In that stream, faithfulness to the text and vigorous pursuit of accuracy were combined with simplicity, beauty, and dignity of expression. Our goal has been to carry forward this legacy for a new century.

To this end each word and phrase in the ESV has been carefully weighed against the original Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, to ensure the fullest accuracy and clarity and to avoid under-translating or overlooking any nuance of the original text. The words and phrases themselves grow out of the Tyndale-King James legacy, and most recently out of the RSV, with the 1971 RSV text providing the starting point for our work. Archaic language has been brought to current usage and significant corrections have been made in the translation of key texts. But throughout, our goal has been to retain the depth of meaning and enduring language that have made their indelible mark on the English-speaking world and have defined the life and doctrine of the church over the last four centuries.

The ESV is an “essentially literal” translation that seeks as far as possible to capture the precise wording of the original text and the personal style of each Bible writer. It seeks to be transparent to the original text, letting the reader see as directly as possible the structure and meaning of the original. More philosophy…
Holman Christian Standard Bible
The Bible is God’s inspired word, inerrant in the original manuscripts. It is the only means of knowing God’s plan of salvation and His will for our lives. It is the only hope and answer for a rebellious, searching world. Bible translation, both a science and an art, is a bridge that brings God’s word from the ancient world to the world today. Depending on God to accomplish this task, Holman Bible Publishers presents the Holman Christian Standard Bible®, a new English translation of God’s word.

King James Version
In 1604, King James I of England authorized that a new translation of the Bible into English be started. It was finished in 1611, just 85 years after the first translation of the New Testament into English appeared (Tyndale, 1526). The Authorized Version, or King James Version, quickly became the standard for English-speaking Protestants. Its flowing language and prose rhythm has had a profound influence on the literature of the past 300 years. The King James Version present on the Bible Gateway matches the 1987 printing. The KJV is public domain in the United States.

New American Standard Bible
While preserving the literal accuracy of the 1901 ASV, the NASB has sought to render grammar and terminology in contemporary English. Special attention has been given to the rendering of verb tenses to give the English reader a rendering as close as possible to the sense of the original Greek and Hebrew texts. In 1995, the text of the NASB was updated for greater understanding and smoother reading. The New American Standard Bible present on the Bible Gateway matches the 1995 printing.

New Century Version
Two basic premises guided the translation process of the New Century Version. The first concern was that the translation be faithful to the manuscripts in the original languages. A team composed of the World Bible Translation Center and fifty additional, highly qualified and experienced Bible scholars and translators was assembled. The team included people with translation experience on such accepted versions as the New International Version, the New American Standard Bible, and the New King James Version. The most recent scholarship and the best available Hebrew and Greek texts were used, principally the third edition of the United Bible Societies. Greek text and the latest edition of the Biblia Hebraica, along with the Septuagint.

New International Reader’s Version
The New International Version (NIV) is a translation made by more than one hundred scholars working from the best available Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek texts. It was conceived in 1965 when, after several years of study by committees from the Christian Reformed Church and the National Association of Evangelicals, a trans-denominational and international group of scholars met at Palos Heights, Illinois, and agreed on the need for a new translation in contemporary English. Their conclusion was endorsed by a large number of church leaders who met in Chicago in 1966. Responsibility for the version was delegated to a self-governing body of fifteen Biblical scholars, the Committee on Bible Translation, and in 1967, the New York Bible Society (now International Bible Society) generously undertook the financial sponsorship of the project.

The translation of each book was assigned to a team of scholars, and the work was thoroughly reviewed and revised at various stages by three separate committees. The Committee submitted the developing version to stylistic consultants who made invaluable suggestions. Samples of the translation were tested for clarity and ease ofreading by various groups of people. In short, perhaps no other translation has been made by a more thorough process of review and revision.

The Committee held to certain goals for the NIV: that it be an Accurate, Beautiful, Clear, and Dignified translation suitable for public and private reading, teaching, preaching, memorizing, and liturgical use. The translators were united in their commitment to the authority and infallibility of the Bible as God’s Word in written form. They agreed that faithful communication of the meaning of the original writers demands frequent modifications in sentence structure (resulting in a “thought-for-thought” translation) and constant regard for the contextual meanings of words.

In 1973 the New Testament was published. The Committee carefully reviewed suggestions for revisions and adopted a number of them, which they incorporated into the first printing of the entire Bible in 1978. Additional changes were made in 1983.

New International Version
Commissioned in 1975 by Thomas Nelson Publishers, 130 respected Bible scholars, church leaders, and lay Christians worked for seven years to create a completely new, modern translation of Scripture, yet one that would retain the purity and stylistic beauty of the original King James. With unyielding faithfulness to the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic texts, the translatiors applies the most recent research in archaelology, linguistics, and textual studies.
